Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original jewelry box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
